PGE Energia Odnawialna to buy the Żuromin Wind Farm with a capacity of 60 MW

In line with its plan to add 1,000 MW of installed capacity in onshore wind power generation by the end of 2015, on September 28th 2011, PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. signed another conditional agreement for purchase of 100% shares in Żuromin Sp. z o.o. from Spain`s Gamesa Energia S.A.U.
